That was the last piece of banana bread. I thought of doing this last night at 2:00 AM when I couldn't sleep. Now if you excuse me I will be using the rest of my frozen bananas to bake more bread.

The banana bread recipe I use is from the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook, which I think is the best cookbook ever. It's a quick bread so it's really easy. You can get the recipe here. The only change I make is substituting 1/2 cup of the white sugar for brown :)
